The more organized you are, the faster the loan approval process will be.

Make sure your documents are accurate and complete.

Your mortgage broker uses the information you provide to determine how much you qualify for and your mortgage rate in Utah. If your information is inaccurate, you could encounter costly surprises down the road. If your documents are incomplete, mortgage lenders may reject them.

  • Make sure to include every page of multi-page documents.

  • Make sure when printing online documents that the full URL is included on each page.

Chances are, you'll need to update some of your information at least once during the loan process. Mortgage companies like to see the most recent bank statements, pay stubs, etc. The documents needed for a mortgage loan may need to be updated depending on how long the process takes.
